Though conflict has subsided considerably since the Sabbat takeover in May, violence continues to take place throughout the city. Calls for reinforcement begin being heard in the surrounding Sabbat territories, and requests for aid begin arriving at neighboring Camarilla-held cities. The Archbishop of St. Louis dispatches one of his personal bishops to Burlington to take charge of the situation. Within a week of the arrival of the new bishop, the violence that had been becoming a nightly occurrence vanishes almost completely, and the Sabbat strength within Burlington is completely reorganized. No small amount of ash is mixed into the wind in the process.

Reports and rumors begin surfacing of troubles in Europe. News spreads of Giovanni houses in Venice burning to the foundation, and rumors rise of the Clan's secluded fortress at Mount Ericyes falling under seige by unknown forces. The Clan seems to be rapidly falling into disarray.
